"The Testificate Who Cried Wolf", "There once was a sheapard boy; a naive little boy who was always eager for a good laugh. One day, this boy came with a brilliant idea to have some fun. In the middle of the day, when all the adults were having their tea, at the top of his lungs he yelled 'WOOOLF, WOOLF'. As the men scrambled their way to the sheep pen, he giggled uncontrollably at the sight of their angry faces. 'Don't cry 'wolf' when there is no wolf, boy!' Cried the villagers as they walked away.

Pleased with the outcome of the previous day's hilarity, he decided to cry at the top of his lungs 'WOLF, THE WOLF IS CHASING THE SHEEP' once more. At the sight of no wolf, the villagers became agra-vated and once more again walked back down to their tea.

That night, as the moon was full, a real, monstrous wolf came bolting into the sheep pen. 'WOOLF' the boy cried, but to no avail; the villagers had learned to not be fooled by his pranks, leaving the boy by himself with the wolf.

That morning when the villagers gathered their shears to get some wool, their faces dropped as they realized what had happened; all the sheep had retreated into the shadow of the forestry. Crying, the boy slouched over towards the villagers and questioned them: 'Why didn't you come when I yelled wolf?'

'No-one believes a liar even when they are telling the truth' the wise Priest informed the boy 'even when they are telling the truth.'"
