Creates an IItemPipe for the given PipeDefinition. If the PipeDefinition has been registered with IPipeRegistry.registerPipe(PipeDefinition) then it will also be registered with IPipeRegistry.setItemForPipe(PipeDefinition, IItemPipe). The returned item will be automatically registered with forge.
